Four From Fairfield County Charged With DUI By NY State Police

New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley busted nearly 30 motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus.

The local residents charged were: 

Westchester County

  • On Friday, Oct. 26, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Walter L. Traub, 41, of Bedford, for DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in Patterson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Jorge A. Pineda, 36, of Port Chester, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Route 1 in Port Chester, when he was interviewed during a DWI safety road check. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On October 28, 2018, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Anthony F. Godfrey, 29, of Mohegan Lake, for DWI. He was traveling on East Main Street in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Anthony F. Godfrey, 29, of Mohegan Lake, for DWI.   • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Mauricio G. Duchitanagapintado, 29, of Port Chester Lake, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in New Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, Oct. 26, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Antonio L. Santos, 21, of Dover, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in Dover, when he was stopped for his involvement in a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 27, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Christopher C. Perez, 45, of Beekman, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Route 55 in Union Vale, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, October 27, State Police from Wappinger arrested Kyle R. Godbout, 20, of Wappinger, for DWI. He was traveling on Old Hopewell Road in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 27, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Ronnie J. Scales, 41, of Wappinger, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in Fishkill, when he was involved in a two-car motor vehicle collision. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Wappinger arrested Natalie S. Patino, 20, of Wappinger, for DWAI Drugs. She was traveling on Route 52 in Fishkill, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and or drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Stormville arrested Christopher W. Tresnan, 33, of Fishkill, for Aggravated DWI with two prior convictions, a class D felony. He was traveling on Route 52 in Fishkill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Wappinger arrested Brandon Davila, 24, of Wappinger, for DWI. He was traveling on South Avenue in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 27, State Police from Brewster arrested Galdino Herrera Perez, 47, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 27, State Police from Brewster arrested Carlos A. Bueno Gomez, 38, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Rafael Diaz Calcano, 31, of Norwalk, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 1 in Port Chester, when he was interviewed during a DWI safety road check. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Brewster arrested Rafael Batista Pereira, 36, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in Southeast, when he was involved in a one vehicle property damage collision. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Putnam County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 27, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Joseph B. Langone, 43, of Southeast, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 28, State Police from Stormville arrested Abdelrahim F. Ibrahim, 27, of Putnam Valley, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Putnam Valley, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
